The hotel is perfectly situated in the center of Ascona, just a short stroll from the lake. We loved being on a charming little street in the pedestrian zone, away from the noise of traffic. Our room had a lovely balcony with a double bed, perfect for enjoying the views and fresh air. The staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast selection was ample and of high quality, setting us up for the day ahead.

Even though our room was facing a quiet street, we could still easily access the bus and the beautiful lake. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel's restaurant. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, friendly staff, and tasty meals.

We had a lovely stay on the shores of a beautiful lake, in the heart of a bustling town that was full of life. We enjoyed being able to walk around and explore the area, and the location was perfect. the staff were wonderful, and went out of their way to help us print some important documents. Breakfast was tasty and filling, and we loved the ambiance of the restaurant.

There was some trouble in the kitchen that day, but the staff handled it with grace and professionalism.

We stayed at a small hotel located just a minute away from the lakefront, with bright and spacious rooms set out around an inner courtyard. The owners were fantastic, very friendly, and they made our stay memorable. We loved their restaurant, which used local ingredients, and made our reservation to enjoy the fabulous food. The receptionist was very helpful, speaking five languages. We also loved the fact that the hotel was built in the 1600s, which made it pretty unique.

That our mini-apartment didn't have a kettle or coffee making equipment. But, that was not a big problem, we heated water on a saucepan and enjoyed the fresh crusty bread and traditional muesli from breakfast.
